Rewarding Hard Work With a New Smile

At Selden Orthodontics, we believe that education is a key part of success. That’s why we offer a smile scholarship to an exceptional middle school student each year!

How to Enter

To be eligible for this scholarship, your student must be a current 5th, 6th, or 7th grader at Lake Norman Charter Middle School, and fill out a complete application by May 15th, 2020.

The winner will receive free treatment from Selden Orthodontics, up to a $6500 value (some restrictions apply).

The application consists of a few simple steps:

• “What is the Power of a Smile?” essay: Write an essay answering the following question: what is the power of a smile? Your essay must be a minimum of 250 words, but no more than one typed standard-sized page. Your essay should be typed in 12-point font and double-spaced. Upload your essay in the provided space on the form below.
• Grades: Upload your final quarter grades from the first, second and third quarters this year plus your end of year reports card from your 5th, 6th, and 7th grades. A screenshot from Schoology will work, as long as we can see your grades!”
• Online Form: Finally, complete and submit the form below by May 15th, 2020.
