Meet Our Outstanding Orthodontist, Dr. Selden!

Dr. Robert Selden has dedicated his professional life to the field of orthodontics. Being able to improve his patients’ smiles and see self-esteem return to their lives is a priceless feeling for him.

Education

Completing his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry, Dr. Selden later worked on his residency training at their Department of Orthodontics. He continues to give back to his alma mater as an adjunct professor teaching future orthodontists. With 11 formal years of training under his belt, he loves what he does and can’t imagine doing anything else!

Treatment Coordinator

Robin and Morgan help you every step of the way during your visits to Selden Orthodontics. They ensure our patients always have their questions answered and work together with our orthodontists to determine the most accurate diagnosis and best plan of treatment going forward.

Orthodontic Assistant

Heather, Ally, Kim, Shandra, Sam, RayShawn, and Jaclyn work as our skilled orthodontic assistants. Working chairside with Dr. Selden, they prep all the tools needed for your treatment each appointment, walk you through what work is going to be done, and are able to answer any and all questions you have. Some tasks are two-person jobs, and you can rely on them to get it done smoothly and efficiently.

Insurance Coordinator

Debi is able to help you out with all things insurance-related. She helps all Selden Orthodontics patients with finding the best payment plan for their treatment, as well as working to get you as many benefits from your insurance as possible. Debi strives to make your smile journey as affordable and stress-free as possible so you can keep smiling out the door!

Office Manager

Janice takes care of day-to-day operations and helps drive our success home. Overseeing the whole team and making sure everything is running safely, we depend on her to achieve our team goals at the office and ensure we are doing the best job we possibly can for you!

Business Agent

Sharay, Kathryn, and Leanne serve as our business agents and are some of the first faces you see when you walk in. Assisting patients at the front desk, scheduling their next appointment, answering the phone, and working day-to-day to help our office run is what they excel at!
